Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

Prairie Supplements currently ships exclusively within Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are shipped domestically via CanadaPost XpressPost.

2. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: $20.00 CAD flat rate for all orders within Canada
  • Free Shipping: Available for select promotional products (as indicated on product pages)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

4. Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days via CanadaPost XpressPost. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Your location within Canada
  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday periods
  • Carrier delays

5. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order through the CanadaPost website using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at prairiesupplements@gmail.com.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

9. Customs and Duties

Since we ship exclusively within Canada, no customs or duties apply to domestic shipments. All applicable taxes are included in the order total.
